As a decade + long client at Bridge City, I've seen many providers. Dr. Ryan Arnold is by far the best doctor (specifically psychologist) I've had, probably ever. He values my input, offers availability at any time, considers my time valuable & allows virtual appointments regularly. I have also found him to be quite proficient in his field, knowing many options or alternatives regarding any specific type of drug for instance as treatment for a condition. The ability to openly talk about side affects of drug A and drug B finding the best choice for me. I absolutely recommend Dr. Arnold for anyone seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough psychologist to help you get stable and find your way to a thriving life.

Dr. Arnold prioritizes the overall health of the client, aiming to ease urgent or acute issues that inhibit quality of life. He seems to have a vast understanding about medications which makes the topic feel natural & allows us clients to feel safe in his hands. I've seen many psychologists over my life & generally they make you visit 8+ times before considering medication options & Dr. Arnold understands just how important it is to begin the process of finding the right medication & right dose. It already takes a long time usually & he helps make the process smooth and feel secure while doing it. I love the Bridge City community, been coming about 15 years to here & love that Dr. Arnold has chosen to come here. I hope he stay, he's an excellent addition!

The Britney is great she doesn't listen to me and she tries to make sure that I do what I need to get done I am not doctor prom at all so since I'm not doctor crone, it's more difficult than just go take a pill take a pill I don't do that so she doesn't natural, she works with me. If I don't feel comfortable, she helps me go figure out how I can't feel comfortable about it. She's very caring. I have been going there for years. I had doctor Jennifer Hicks before that. And I met Carrie bunker, they've all been very good to me. I've never had any problem any of them or any other staff and I would appreciate hello and so much for what they have done and all the stuff with a winter life-threatening thing everytime and there's no there for me then too so I thanks them very much and I will recommend them to anybody. I love this place. My doctor's great, I don't like other doctors.

I would prefer a female translator if possible. I didn’t feel comfortable to say everything I wanted to say because of many stigmas around our communities. Our community is small community and we all know each other and sometimes what we say at the hospitals can end up on the streets which makes it difficult for the patient to express all their feelings.
