Gwyneth Jones, DNP, FNP

Gwyneth Jones, DNP, FNP, is a doctorally prepared family nurse practitioner credentialed through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She treats patients at Bridge City Family Medical Clinic in Portland, Oregon. 

Dr. Jones graduated from the University of Portland with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2015. She worked in the mental health field for over 20 years before transitioning to primary care and enjoyed the wide variety of people this allowed her to meet and care for. She is especially interested in the mind-body connection and mental health wellness as a part of primary health care and emphasizes preventative care and stress reduction as a vital part of her practice. 

Dr. Jones considers partnering with her patients and providing truly collaborative care very important. She has experience with many chronic health conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disease, cardiovascular disease, COPD, anxiety, and depression. 

In her personal life, Dr. Jones is the mother of a wonderfully wild autistic son and filler of food bowls for two cats.
