How SecuReach Works
Once our office has your test results, one of the staff members will dictate these test results into SecuReach.That day (or possibly the next if the message was dictated later in the day) you will receive a call. This call’s purpose is to let you know that you have a message to listen to in your private mail box. This is where you use your card.
Call the 1-866-224-7705 number, put in your Box number (followed by the # sign), then your Pin number (followed by the # sign), and dial “1” to retrieve your new test results. NOTE: For further security, we recommend you change your pin number the first time you access the system in case you lose your card.
Do not throw this card away. It will be used the same way to retrieve test results in the future.
You will receive calls reminding you to listen to this message on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 8th day after your test results have been dictated. Once you have listened to your message though, you will not receive anymore calls.
SecuReach is also used to provide reminders about future exams.
Some practices send a reminder to their patients a week before the test’s already scheduled date.
Some practices send a reminder to have the patient schedule a test.
If your test results are not returned within approximately a month from the time of your appointment, you will receive a call.
If you got your test done, you will want to call our office to see why your test results have not been dictated.
Usually though, patients receive this message because they have not completed their test. Therefore, this message serves as another reminder to schedule a test that should have already been completed.

SecuReach
Our office is committed to your well being and safety. For this reason we are implementing the SecuReach System for you to receive all your test results. This service provides you with a private voicemail box and a toll free number to call. When your results are received, we will leave a message in your private voicemail box. The SecuReach System will leave a general message, by both phone and email, to inform you that test results are available. Simply call the toll free number on the card and follow the prompts. Please do not throw the plastic card away: it will be used for all further tests.

In our organization, or in any office, you should make sure that you obtain results on every test you have done. Never assume “no news is good news.” If you do not hear the results in a reasonable amount of time, please call us. The new privacy laws restrict practices from giving the actual results to anyone but you. We cannot leave results on answering machines. SecuReach is compliant since only you have the pin number to obtain the results. The system is simple to use, timely, and you eliminate phone tag.
