For those without health insurance or a high deductible who need health care but thought they couldn’t afford it. Ecru Health is an affordable option for health care–no insurance needed or accepted. For about $60 per month you can receive all the health care you need, unlimited access to our clinic as well as other services such as laboratory testing, physicals, etc. NO DENIAL BASED ON PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS. DISCOUNTED FAMILY RATES. DISCOUNTED SMALL BUSINESS RATES.

House Calls:

Would you like to have the added convenience of having us come to you in your home or at your business? We offer this service for an additional $200 per person in the greater Portland area, we can bill your insurance for the visit, but not for the $200 scheduling fee. After hours and emergency visits are also available on a limited basis for an additional fee depending upon time and location, after business hours or on weekends call 503-238-8400

Would you like us to visit your housebound or elderly loved one at their location?

For adults living in assisted care facilities, residential care facilities, and adult foster homes. We function like the doctor’s office only we come to you. Visits are available by appointment Monday-Friday for those living in the greater Portland area. Patient (or family as appropriate) must agree to have our services as PCP (primary care provider) and subscribe to our patient portal. There is a doctor or Nurse Practitioner available on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We accept most insurance and are on the provider panels of most HMOs. For those eligible we will bill Medicare or other insurance. We do not provide hospital service but will coordinate care with hospitalists to ensure continuity of care.
